Griffin is the founder of Clearwater Consulting Team and a former police officer with a background in criminal justice and collegiate athletics. Raised in O’Fallon, Illinois, and a lacrosse scholarship recipient at Missouri Baptist University, he brings a disciplined, team-oriented approach to leadership.
After working in law enforcement, Griffin realized he wanted more freedom and ownership over his future. Clearwater was born from that drive; to build a company grounded in accountability, culture, and competitive excellence.
Griffin leads with a clear mission: to create a space where people feel challenged, supported, and part of something bigger. He’s driven by legacy, leadership, and the opportunity to help others grow.
Outside the office, he enjoys fly fishing, football, morning coffee with his wife and dogs, and chasing the same sense of purpose he hopes to pass on to the next generation.
